Paymath is actively seeking a dynamic Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our team based in Montreal, QC focusing primarily on the Quebec market.

What you love doing
- Proactively prospecting retail and eCommerce accounts via phone, email, social media, and other outbound channels.
- Providing feedback to marketing and sales teams based on prospect conversations to help refine outbound strategies.
- Reaching out to stakeholders (managers, directors, owners, etc.) to understand their challenges and build strong relationships.
- Collaborating with our Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff and strategic follow-up.
- Pursuing opportunities relentlessly, embracing challenges head-on.
- Expanding market presence and fostering a reputable image for our product, company, and yourself.
- Utilizing your expertise to secure meetings with key decision-makers.
- Exceeding expectations, setting and surpassing goals or targets
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the payment industry and competitor offerings
- Constantly work to improve processes and structures within the company.
What you have to offer
- 2–5 years of experience in technology outbound sales, preferably with fintech or payments industry.
- Proven ability to cold-call, email, and engage stakeholders in complex sales cycles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to multiple stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy, strategic, and comfortable navigating within the fintech industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, bias toward action, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-growing business.
- University degree in a relevant field or diploma in Business, Tech, or related disciplines.
- Fluent in French and English (required)
- Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment

- The comfort level to use online tools such for virtual meetings such as Google Workspace and other web based CRM platforms such as Hubspot, Monday.com, and Apollo.

- A total remuneration package (including base and commissions) between $60,000 and $80,000 annually, based on sales performance.
