Keyera Career OpportunityJob Type Permanent THE POSITION Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of G&P Operations and a team of Directors located in multiple area. This role requires a self-starter with exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a high level of discretion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently with minimal supervision, and is adept at managing competing priorities with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP of G&P Operations and several Directors in various locations.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Act as a liaison between the VP, Directors, and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records, both digital and physical.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of operational meetings, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and action item tracking.
  • Anticipate the needs of the VP and Directors, proactively addressing issues and streamlining administrative processes.
  • Support special projects and initiatives assigned, often with minimal guidance.

QualificationsThe successful candidate will be self-motivated, energetic, and thorough with the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (e.g., slide design, animations).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting remote or geographically dispersed teams is a plus.
