What You’ll Do 

• Lead the design and execution of EviSmart™’s global marketing strategy aligned tightly with business and revenue objectives 
• Build and manage high-impact campaigns across paid media, digital, social, and email channels to generate leads and fuel adoption 
• Own and optimize our performance marketing and paid advertising efforts to accelerate sustainable growth 
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop compelling messaging that resonates with diverse, non-technical audiences 
• Spearhead product launches and go-to-market strategies, including crafting enablement materials and positioning frameworks 
• Oversee brand development, public relations, and content marketing to amplify awareness and build authority 
• Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to uncover insights and identify fresh growth opportunities 
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a lean, high-performing marketing team — balancing strategy with hands-on execution 

Who We’re Looking For 

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on growth, demand generation, and revenue-driving campaigns 
• Proven success in managing scalable marketing systems and delivering measurable ROI from paid media 
• Strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and execute when it counts 
• Strong expertise in product marketing, messaging, and campaign development 
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate in a fast-moving environment 
• Data-driven mindset with deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, and performance measurement 
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across teams and geographies 
• Experience in healthcare/dental tech or global markets is a major plus 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
