Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design vision and user experience strategy across Glowtify’s platform. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping how merchants interact with our AI-powered marketing tools—translating complexity into clarity, and strategy into seamless, intuitive design. You’ll work at the intersection of product, brand, and engineering to deliver impactful experiences that empower our users to grow their business with confidence.

Work Authorization Requirements

We will only consider candidates who are legally authorized to work in Canada. If you are on a visa, you must have at least three years of work authorization remaining.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive product design strategy in close collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Lead the design of new features end-to-end—from discovery and research to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Champion user-centric thinking and leverage data, user insights, and storytelling to build lovable, effective experiences.
• Establish and promote design systems, processes, and best practices across the company.
• Mentor and support other designers as our team grows.
• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and patterns—especially in AI-assisted workflows and e-commerce platforms.

You Will Thrive in This Role if You Have

• 6+ years of professional experience in product/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS or e-commerce tools.
• Deep fluency with Figma and other industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
• Experience working closely with developers, PMs, and data teams in an agile environment.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills—paired with a strategic mindset.
• A proven track record of making complex systems feel simple, intuitive, and elegant.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, giving and receiving feedback, and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work onsite at our Old Montreal office at least 2 days a week.
• Fluency in English (conversational French or willingness to learn is a plus).

Candidates with an Edge Will Have

• Experience designing interfaces powered by AI, LLMs, or agentic systems.
• Background in e-commerce, marketing automation, or platforms like Shopify or Klaviyo.
• A strong grasp of front-end capabilities and how to design for implementation.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system across teams.
• Interest or skills in motion design, branding, or data visualization.
