• Suivi des coûts de projet et analyse des écarts budgétaires
• Encadrement des ingénieurs et coordonnateurs de chantier
• Négociation et préparation des contrats et bons de commande pour les sous-traitants et fournisseurs
• Gestion des changements contractuels avec le client et préparation des décomptes
• Planification des travaux à court et moyen terme (hebdomadaire, mensuelle, etc.)
• Track project costs and analyze budget variances
• Supervise site engineers and coordinators
• Negotiate and prepare contracts and purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers
• Manage contractual changes with the client and prepare progress claims
• Plan short- and mid-term works (weekly, monthly, etc.)

What We Are Looking For

• Baccalauréat en génie civil ou en génie de la construction
• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en gestion de projets de construction
• Maîtrise des logiciels MS Office, MS Project et/ou Primavera P6
• Connaissance de la suite Autodesk (un atout)
• Expérience sur des projets utilisant des plateformes BIM (atout majeur)
• La maîtrise du français est requise. Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais est préférable
• Esprit d’initiative et leadership
• Solides compétences en gestion, négociation, communication et résolution de problèmes
• Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer efficacement avec les parties prenantes du projet
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project and/or Primavera P6
• Knowledge of the Autodesk suite (an asset)
• Experience with BIM platforms (major asset)
• Fluency in French is required; good proficiency in English is preferred
• Strong initiative and leadership skills
• Solid abilities in management, negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with project stakeholders
