This is a pivotal moment at ATB as we invest heavily in our direct-to-consumer (D2C) technology stack. As a key advisor in Everyday Financial Services (EFS), you will be the vital link translating EFS strategy into technical reality. You will spearhead the successful implementation and adoption of new capabilities, ensuring our digital platforms not only launch successfully but also deliver tangible business benefits and an effortless client experience. Accountabilities Accountabilities Are Grouped Into Three Core AreasStrategic Project Leadership & Implementation

• Lead successful solution implementation by coordinating Retail and Entrepreneurial Growth (small business) subject matter experts (SMEs) through investigation, analysis, design, development, testing, and rollout.
• Act as a key stakeholder and SME on technology projects, championing EFS interests for digital consistency and driving change aligned with strategic direction.
• Successfully present recommendations and facilitate discussions with senior leadership to secure buy-in and drive project momentum and effective change execution through informed, data-driven decisions.

Operational Excellence & Value Realization

• Optimize EFS operations by conducting end-to-end process reviews and implementing solutions that measurably increase operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Ensure value realization by proactively measuring and reporting project objectives against expected business outcomes and strategic benefits.
• Translate complex requirements into clear business outcomes that improve both team member and client experiences.

Change Adoption & Partnership

• Maximize the adoption of change by collaborating with various groups to communicate value, provide guidance, deliver internal training, and influence decisions.
• Monitor and enable change for long term sustainment and continued system performance.
• Cultivate productive relationships with ATB partners and vendors to drive alignment across the organization.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience As the ideal candidate you possess:

• 5+ years of project delivery experience, with a focus on D2C software delivery across all phases of the software lifecycle, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on firm timelines.
• Expert communication, negotiation, and translation skills for conveying complex technical information to business audiences, supporting change management, and building productive relationships.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills to deliver exceptional, data-driven, end-to-end client and team experiences.
• Strong business acumen supporting EFS and ATB strategic and financial goals.
• High Autonomy: Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and lead peers through ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Relevant professional designation such as Business Analysis, Project Management (PMP), Six Sigma, Agile Methodology, Lean Methodology, and/or Change Management (e.g. Prosci).

Nice-to-have Experience

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with productivity, project management, and data visualization tools, including Google Suite, Jira/Confluence, and Tableau.
• Client-Facing Platforms: Knowledge in platforms such as web and mobile banking (ATB Personal, ATB Business), the Online Appointment Booking Tool, and ATB Virtual Agent.
