About the Role
Women’s Health Collective Canada (WHCC) is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Partner Stewardship & Fundraising Coordinator to join our growing team.
This junior-level position bridges two key areas: partner recognition and fundraising. Reporting jointly to the Director of Marketing, Communications & Brand and the Executive Director, the coordinator will support day-to-day partner stewardship, promotional marketing activities, content creation, and campaign execution — helping ensure WHCC’s growth strategy is fueled through both partner and individual donor engagement.
Because many partner benefits are delivered through marketing and communications, the coordinator plays a pivotal role in bringing partnership agreements to life across impact reports, newsletters, social media, campaigns, events, and other communication channels.
This role will also help ensure that donor and partner information is accurately captured and maintained within WHCC’s CRM platform, supporting strong and consistent relationship management.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Activation & Recognition
· Implement and deliver partner recognition across marketing channels and events.
· Activate partnership benefits through campaigns, digital content, and community engagement.
· Support and coordinate the development of WHCC and Partner Specific Impact Reports and Impact Toolkits for recognition
· Coordinate visibility opportunities to showcase partners’ support of WHCC.
· Maintain accurate records of partner deliverables and ensure timely fulfillment.
· Maintain accurate records of partner & individual donor contacts and donation history in WHCC CRM platform – Razors Edge.
Marketing & Communications
· Support the development and execution of WHCC’s marketing campaigns.
· Support the creation and scheduling of engaging content for newsletters, social media, and website.
· Assist with content production, including graphics, copywriting, and multimedia assets.
· Track and report on communications performance (social, email, website analytics).
· Ensure brand consistency and accessibility across materials.
· Liaise with WHCC’s member network for content approvals.
General Support
· Collaborate with the WHCC team to align marketing and partnership efforts with organizational priorities.
· Provide administrative and logistical support for campaigns, events, and partnerships.
· Contribute to a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and excellence.
Skills & Qualifications
· Post-secondary education in social impact, fundraising, communications, marketing, PR or equivalent experience.
· Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
· Proficiency with digital tools (social media platforms, email marketing software, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and basic analytics tools).
· Proficiency in Razors Edge Ideal, but at minimum other donor related CRM platforms
· Highly organized with strong project coordination skills.
· Ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
· Knowledge of the health, life sciences, or research sector considered an asset
Working Conditions
· Full-time, 35 hours per week, with flexible scheduling (core hours 9 a.m.–5 p.m. ET)
· Remote-first; preference for candidates in the Toronto/GTA
· Monthly in-person team meetings and occasional event support
· Laptop provided by WHCC
