POSITION: HVAC Project Sales Representative
PAY: $90,000 - $200,000 annually (base salary + commission)
WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday
LOCATION: Regina, SK
WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
· Commercial and Industrial HVAC sales and Project Management
· Analyze customer design proposals and specifications for cost estimates
· Managing the preparation of estimates for design-build and time and material projects
· Lead a team to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables
· Manage a team to ensure cost effective, safe, and timely completion of projects to meet or exceed client expectations
· Manage project activities throughout lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, documentation, and other factors necessary for success
· Work with clients to sell and deliver the end project
· Maintain and grow current business and client relationships
· Provide mentoring to technical staff, assigning duties as required
· Maintain project schedules and project cost summaries to track work progress, budget status, and manpower resource utilization
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
· 3-5 years of previous estimating experience
· Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred but not required
· Require experience and understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems
· Journeyman Trade experience within plumber/gas fitter/refrigeration trades
· Knowledge of building codes and standards
