Associate Lawyer - Plaintiff Personal Injury - Remote in AB or in Ottawa. Are you a lawyer with grit, determination, and a passion for helping others? If this sounds like you, my client is seeking an Associate Lawyer - Plaintiff Personal Injury. My client is a civil litigation boutique firm representing clients that have been seriously injured in accidents or denied insurance benefits. Our team of personal injury lawyers and support staff strive to achieve superior compensation for both our clients and the members of our legal team. We currently have offices located in New Glasgow, NS; Halifax, NS; St. John's, NL; and Moncton, NB. This is a unique opportunity for an intermediate to senior-level litigation lawyer to contribute to the overall success of a growing firm. The ideal candidate for this position will be compassionate, committed, and a courageous advocate for helping to rebuild the lives of our clients. Qualifications: Legally entitled to practice law in Canada, and a member in good standing with the provincial bar 3+ years of Plaintiff personal injury or insurance litigation experience Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills Capable of working independently - able to be flexible and adapt easily to change. Able to maintain a client-focused mindset while handling challenging caseloads Superior analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy Unwavering personal and professional integrity Able to communicate and work efficiently with all levels of a firm Verbal and written fluency in English.
