• 10K clinic signing bonus
• M, T, F: 8am – 8pm any time
• W, Th: virtual from home and evening in person if wanted
• Saturday: 8am – 4pm any time
• Proposed billing split: 80/20

Part-Time

• Signing bonus dependent on FTE
• M, T, F: 8am – 8pm any time
