Role Description
This is a full-time, primarily on-site role for a Legal Administrative Assistant at our office in West Vancouver, BC. Some remote work may be considered. The Legal Administrative Assistant will manage calendars, prepare legal documents, schedule appointments, and communicate with clients, opposing counsel and others. The role requires that correspondence, records, and filings are organized and handled with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- a minimum of three years as a LAA in a litigation setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational skills to manage office operations, maintain records, and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
