Key Role in Commercial Banking This position plays a crucial role in our Commercial Banking team, acting as a business partner to mid-sized commercial enterprises. Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to build and manage diversified commercial portfolios. Main Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and provide full-service banking solutions to clients with average loan and deposit volumes between $2 MM and $10 MM.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive sales activities to meet annual targets in lending, deposits, and cash management.
  • Leverage internal partnerships to deliver holistic financial solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Evaluate and manage credit risk in collaboration with the commercial credit team.
  • Foster strong networks and long-lasting client relationships through proactive business development.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior employees, contributing to the development of the broader team.

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or accounting.
