Overview
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional initiatives across logistics, procurement, inventory, distribution, and supply chain systems. This role partners closely with operations, IT, finance, and external vendors to drive successful project outcomes in complex, multi-site environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver supply chain projects from initiation through closure, including logistics, procurement, inventory, and distribution initiatives
- Own the full project lifecycle: scope definition, planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, risk management, and reporting
- Partner with supply chain, operations, IT, and finance stakeholders to gather requirements, align objectives, and manage dependencies
- Lead projects involving supply chain platforms and tools, including ERP, WMS, TMS, procurement systems, and supplier integrations
- Develop and maintain project documentation such as project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports
- Facilitate regular project and stakeholder meetings; clearly communicate progress, risks, and issues
- Identify and mitigate risks while managing change control to minimize disruption to ongoing supply chain operations
- Coordinate and manage vendors, logistics partners, and third-party service providers to ensure delivery against scope and quality expectations
- Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on supply chain, operations, or logistics projects
- Proven experience working in complex, cross-functional, and multi-site supply chain environments
- Solid understanding of procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes
- Hands-on experience delivering projects involving ERP, WMS, and/or TMS platforms
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar
- Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across both operational and technical teams
- PMP, Agile, or supply-chain-related certifications are an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
