Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Recruiter role based in Winnipeg, MB, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing job postings. Key duties include evaluating candidates’ skills and experience, maintaining candidate and client relationships, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The role will also involve collaborating with the team to meet staffing and recruitment needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating resumes.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills to engage with candidates and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Experience in recruiting across a variety of industries, including office, medical, legal, IT, and skilled trades sectors.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing workflows, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
- A background in human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field is preferred. Certification in recruitment or HR is an added advantage.
