Weâre united by a shared commitment to excellent and equitable health care. Position Overview Serves visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. Answers the switchboard and forwards incoming calls and performs administrative duties as directed. Monitor visitor access and maintain security excellence for residents and visitors and understands that quality is dynamic and develops from continual improvements of process. Maintains confidentiality of all information. Experience
- Keyboard skills.
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software application.
- Previous experience dealing with the public an asset.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
Certification/Licensure/Registration Not Applicable Qualifications And Skills
- Ability to work a switchboard.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing.
- Professional personal presentation.
Physical Requirements
- Must be flexible.
- Must have the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- May encounter aggressive and/or agitated individuals.
- May encounter exposure to disease, radiation, toxic material, noise, allergens, etc.
