Location: Vancouver, BC (In-office) + 1 day WFH/week

Compensation: OTE $130K–$140K

The Mission (What You’re Measured On)

Build a predictable pipeline of qualified meetings that turns into:

  • Large Association contracts
  • Brokerage-level agreements
  • Partnership wins

You’re not “spraying and praying.” You’re running a tight outreach + follow-up machine that consistently creates high-quality opportunities for the CEO to close.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

  • Generate and qualify meetings with Association and brokerage decision-makers
  • Run multi-touch follow-up using tools like Outreach / Superhuman + CRM
  • Build and maintain target lists, sequencing, and messaging variations
  • Track performance daily: reply rates, booked meetings, show rates, SQL acceptance, pipeline created
  • Keep the funnel clean: notes, next steps, reminders, and handoff packages for the CEO
  • Operate like a mini revenue-ops brain: spot what’s working, double down, fix what isn’t

  • Data-driven: you look at numbers weekly and adjust fast
  • Relentless with follow-up (without being spammy)
  • Confident writing crisp messages and running professional outreach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with high autonomy

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in Canada
  • Comfortable being in-office in Vancouver
  • Familiarity with at least one: CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive), Outreach-style sequencing tools, Superhuman, etc.
  • Strong organization + follow-through (you don’t drop balls)
