Books & Intellectual Property Operations Coordinator
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Books & Intellectual Property Operations Coordinator to oversee the management, representation, and protection of our publishing and intellectual property assets.
This role supports the success of our books, audiobooks, digital resources, and related products by ensuring they are accurately represented across platforms, professionally managed, and actively protected.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage publishing and distribution operations.
- Maintain product listings across Amazon, Audible, Goodreads, company websites, and retail partners.
- Ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, imagery, and metadata.
- Monitor reviews, ratings, and customer feedback.
- Track royalties and publishing performance.
- Maintain copyright, trademark, ISBN, and licensing records.
- Monitor and address intellectual property infringements and unauthorized use.
- Coordinate takedown requests and support enforcement activities.
- Assist with launches of new books, audiobooks, and digital products.
- Serves as the lead coordinator for custom publishing projects, working closely with publishers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution from concept through delivery
- Produce reporting on sales performance, royalties, reviews, and IP activity.
- Oversees order fulfillment and shipping coordination for books, products, and event-related inventory, ensuring a seamless customer and event experience
- Manage event-related product shipments and logistics.
- Coordinate bulk book orders and inventory fulfillment via IngramSpark, Shopify, or ezdc
- Liaise with fulfillment partners, warehouses, and shipping providers.

- Experience in publishing, content management, e-commerce, or intellectual property administration
This is a part-time office-based job, 20 to 25 hours per week; out-of-country applications will not be considered.
