Location: Calgary, AB Candidate Profile The Communications Coordinator supports the development and delivery of clear, consistent, and well-organized internal communications. Draft and edit internal communications, maintain templates and formatting, coordinate communication calendars and initiative timelines, and provide document and presentation support. Key Responsibilities Engagement & Communications Support

  • Draft and edit internal communications, including announcements, updates, FAQs, talking points, and email copy
  • Develop and maintain communication templates to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
  • Coordinate communication calendars, key dates, and timelines for internal initiatives
  • Provide formatting, proofreading, and quality assurance support for communications materials
  • Support the development of internal presentations, including slide formatting, content alignment, and visual consistency
  • Contributes to the refinement of templates, processes, and tracking

Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience supporting internal communication
  • Professional business writing and internal communications drafting skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Basic graphic design and layout capabilities
  • Proofreading and copy-editing for clarity, tone, and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time‑management abilities
  • Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
  • Comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Bilingual in French and English is considered an asset
