We’re Hiring: Key Account Manager at Rhema!
Are you a driven technical sales professional passionate about the health & wellness industry? Do you excel at consultative selling and building strong, strategic client relationships in the nutritional supplements space?
Rhema, a high-growth Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) with over 35 years of experience, is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team. We specialize in premium nutritional supplement powders — including proteins, greens, electrolytes, mushroom blends, and more — serving both global brands and innovative startups.

About the Role
• Location: On-site, Pitt Meadows, BC (#601 - 19055 Airport Way)
• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Work Arrangement: Primarily in-office. Hybrid flexibility with up to 2 days per week WFH available after successful completion of training (6 months).
• Reports to: Director of Sales

You will manage and grow strategic relationships with a focused portfolio of 3–5 key wellness and private label clients. This role combines account & relationship management, project commercialization, and new business development in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

About You
**
• Minimum 2 years of successful technical sales or account management experience with strong consultative selling skills
• Demonstrated project management ability — comfortable coordinating cross-functional commercialization projects
• Experience in the supplement/nutraceutical industry (or adjacent sectors) strongly preferred
• Proven ability to build trust, navigate technical formulation discussions, and drive revenue growth
• Passion for health, wellness, and natural products
• Degree in a scientific or business discipline preferred
• Excellent collaborator who thrives on challenges and delivering results
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute account growth strategies and annual business plans
• Act as the primary commercial point of contact for key clients
• Identify opportunities for line extensions, reformulations, and new product launches
• Coordinate commercialization projects with Operations, Planning, R&D, Quality, and Finance
• Manage orders, forecasting, pricing, and change management
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in Zoho CRM
• Represent Rhema at trade shows and industry events

• Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + up to 15% variable compensation
