Part time Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced part-time bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting tasks for a few companies within the same group.

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid possible)

Hours: 15–20 hours/week (may be more in rush times).

Compensation: $20–$28/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
• Process invoices and receipts
• Prepare basic financial reports
• Assist with payroll and month-end closing

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
