Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Calgary, AB. As an Associate, you will support financial advisors with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Responsibilities include client account management, preparing financial documentation, coordinating with clients, managing account information, and providing support for client needs. The role also entails assisting in monitoring portfolio performance, scheduling client meetings, and supporting compliance efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, client management, and administrative skills to support daily tasks and operations.
  • Proficiency in financial research, analysis, and portfolio tracking with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and teamwork skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial management software considered an asset.
  • Relevant certifications such as CSC (Canadian Securities Course) or working towards licensing would be advantageous.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in managing sensitive client information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in investment management, wealth management, or financial services considered an asset.
