Role Description

The Senior Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in North Vancouver, BC. In this role, the Senior Account Manager will oversee client accounts, manage relationships, and act as the primary point of contact for specific projects. Key tasks include developing strategic plans, ensuring client satisfaction, leading project execution, coordinating with internal teams, and meeting key performance indicators and timelines. The position also includes evaluating project success, managing client expectations, and identifying new opportunities for growth and improvement in client services.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in account management, client relations, and project management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking
  • Leadership and team collaboration skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams
  • Proficient in using technology, CRM platforms, and analytics tools for client management
  • Passion for the real estate industry and a strong understanding of market trends and dynamics
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector is an asset
