As a Creative Strategist, you'll be at the forefront of client interactions, collaborating closely with our Revenue team to deliver exceptional service tailored to each client's unique creative needs. Your knack for communication will shine as you showcase our Creative Studio's capabilities and services compellingly, offering strategic recommendations that elevate their brands and crush campaign goals.
StackAdapt is a remote first company. This role is open to candidates located in Canada.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing creative direction, strategy, and performance recommendations backed by data and experience to improve client campaign KPIs
- Develop and optimize workflows and templates to eliminate manual repetitive effort
- Acting as a subject-matter expert on all things creative to support our Sales team in winning, growing, and retaining clients
- Direct the use of Generative AI tools, acting as the 'human-in-the-loop' to audit and refine machine outputs for brand integrity
- Managing the creative request lifecycle, from initial brief to final asset delivery, ensuring multiple projects are completed on time and on spec.
- Collaborating with our dynamic Production Team to deliver innovative ad creatives that match client guidelines, surpass expectations and drive campaign performance
- Design modular creative frameworks that allow for programmatic scaling of ad variations across diverse channels
What you'll bring to the table:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or art direction. Graphic design experience is a bonus; please provide work samples if you have them.
- Proven creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling concepts.
- Demonstrated strategic planning and prioritization skills, focusing on high-leverage work to drive client KPIs.
- Experience creating ads, campaigns, or promotional content for digital - this may include social media, email newsletters, websites, paid advertising, etc.
- Exceptional client relationship and communication skills when presenting strategic recommendations and managing feedback
- Familiarity with directing Generative AI models and critique/redirection of machine-generated creative work.
- Additional consideration is given to candidates with advanced experience in programmatic, HTML, CSS, or Javascript.
The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in Ontario, Canada. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location.This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.Factors Influencing Final Compensation:The final compensation offer will be determined by a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications.Other business factors, such as organizational needs and budget alignment, may also be considered in the final offer.
Ontario Salary Band: $75,000 CAD - $89,000 CAD
