Fulfillment Planning Specialist
Job Description
Posted on: February 7, 2026
đRole Summary The Fulfillment Planning Specialist owns the end-to-end fulfillment planning process, from project feasibility to final delivery, ensuring on-time, in-full execution for global live events. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Production, and Operations, this role ensures that millions of wearable LED devices reach stadiums and arenas around the world exactly when they are needed. This is a hybrid role combining strategic planning with hands-on execution. You define and continuously improve the fulfillment planning framework while remaining directly involved in day-to-day decisions, urgent situations, and complex trade-offs. In a world of high-stakes live events (think Super Bowl halftime shows and global stadium tours), âout of stockâ or âlate deliveryâ are not options. You are accountable for translating creative visions into executable plans and ensuring fulfillment operations run smoothly, even when reality doesnât follow the plan. TL;DR: You design the plan, run the plan, and fix the plan when reality hits. đŻKey Responsibilities Strategic Fulfillment Planning
- Own the end-to-end fulfillment planning strategy, from project feasibility to final delivery, ensuring alignment with Sales, Production, and Operations.
- Work very closely with Sales, Production and Operations teams to validate whether opportunities in the pipeline are feasible and realistic, acting as the bridge between these departments.
- Define planning principles, inventory targets, and fulfillment scenarios to support global live events.
- Assess feasibility of new or last-minute projects and define execution paths with cross-functional teams.
- Design scalable fulfillment workflows, leveraging ERP tools, automation, and data accuracy.
- Continuously improve processes, monitoring KPIs such as on-time delivery (OTD) and lead times.
Hands-On Execution & Operational Control
- Build and maintain the master fulfillment schedule, balancing incoming orders, production capacity, and global inventory.
- Actively manage daily priorities, trade-offs, and capacity constraints to meet delivery commitments.
- Optimize inventory positioning across multiple international hubs to minimize shipping costs, lead times, and ensure responsiveness to last-minute additions or changes.
- Anticipate supply chain bottlenecks, capacity issues, or shipping delays.
- Develop and execute contingency plans when plans break (and they will) to protect show dates.
- Handle urgent escalations and make real-time decisions to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries in critical situations.
- Translate commercial needs and operational constraints into actionable plans and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
đ¤ What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 5 to 8 years in Demand Planning, Fulfillment, or Supply Chain Management (Live Events, Electronics, or high-growth Tech preferred).
- Education: Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management (GOP), or a related field.
- Global Expertise: Proven success managing high-volume inventory across multiple international hubs.
- Systems Mastery: You are an ERP power-user. You donât just follow processes; you design and optimize them for scalability.
- Crisis Management: Ability to stay "cool, calm, and collected" while pivoting strategies to meet last-minute demands or same-day execution needs.
- The "Bridge" Persona: You can translate complex logistical constraints into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders (Sales, Creative, Executive).
- Bilingualism: Full professional proficiency in both English and French to support our Montreal HQ and global partners.
Languages & Inclusivity đ Youâll need to be fluent in English (written & spoken), as day-to-day work involves international clients â US, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and more. Inclusivity is at the heart of our culture đ. We welcome and value candidates of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Our job posting uses simplified grammar to make it easier to read across languages and is not intended to exclude or favor any gender.
