We are looking for a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor who thrives on delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming, hospitality-driven experience for every client. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, ensuring clear communication, trust, and a smooth service experience from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys working with people, values attention to detail, and takes pride in providing a high level of customer care while staying organized and process-driven.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Communication
- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming, hospitality-focused service experience
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and clearly communicate service recommendations
- Act as the liaison between customers and technicians to ensure accurate information and expectations
- Provide updates on vehicle status, timelines, and required repairs
- Build strong relationships with customers through professionalism, transparency, and trust
Service Coordination
- Schedule appointments and manage service workflow efficiently
- Prepare repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Review completed work with customers and ensure all questions are answered
- Ensure all documentation and service records are complete and organized
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with technicians and service team members to maintain smooth operations
- Support a positive, cooperative team environment
- Contribute to improving processes that enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Highly organized and comfortable working within structured processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
- Automotive service advisor experience is an asset but not required (training can be provided)
