Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Media + Influencer) — RemoteCompany: Miivo.ai

Reports to: Head of Performance Marketing

Location: Remote (work comfortably across US/UK/Canada/UAE campaigns; collaborate asynchronously; occasional UAE time overlap)

We’re scaling acquisition across paid media and selective creator partnerships. You’ll be the hands‑on driver of profitable growth: building, launching, and optimizing high‑velocity experiments across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, while piloting influencer collaborations in the UAE, UK, US, and India.

North star (first 60–90 days): Maximize free signups with airtight tracking and relentless creative testing.

What you’ll own (primary → secondary)

  • Creator/Influencer program (primary): Source, vet, and onboard micro‑creators/operators in UAE, UK, US, India for Miivo and client brands. Own outreach, negotiations, briefs, usage rights, timelines, and payouts.
  • Client campaign ops: Turn SOW/briefs into shipped work: mapping ICPs, building creator shortlists, coordinating approvals, and keeping brand/legal/compliance tidy per client. Maintain SLA dates and comms cadence.
  • UGC production & repurposing: Convert creator outputs into statics, carousels, short videos; prepare allow‑listed/whitelisted variants; enforce #ad/paid partnership disclosures (per region).
  • Measurement & tracking: Create link/UTM kits per creator/client; wire up GA4, platform pixels, clean naming; maintain an outcomes dashboard (reach, CTR/CVR, CPA/CPL, cost‑per‑view, creator ROI).
  • Paid amplification (secondary): Launch/optimize allow‑listed and brand campaigns on Meta/LinkedIn/Google in US/UK/Canada/UAE; apply guardrails, negatives, and creative refresh. Manage client brand accounts as needed.
  • Funnel & LP iteration: Partner with CMO to brief /health‑score, /benchmark, /whatsapp‑demo; run simple A/Bs; close the loop to WhatsApp community.
  • Weekly reporting: Cost → CTR/CVR → CPA/CPL → creator ROI per brand; clear next tests.

Day‑30 / Day‑60 / Day‑90 outcomesBy Day 30

  • Creator pipeline live (≥30 prospects/region) across UAE/UK/US/India; 5–8 creators vetted/briefed.
  • GA4 + pixels + UTMs verified for Miivo and first client; disclosure checklist signed.
  • First UGC set delivered; 1 allow‑listed Meta ad flighted with creator handle (Miivo or client).

By Day 60

  • ≥10 creators live across Miivo + clients; allow‑listing/whitelisting running on Meta/LinkedIn.
  • ≥20 active creative variants (UGC + brand statics) across brands.
  • CPA/CPL within 20–30% of target on at least one channel/region per brand.

By Day 90

  • Engine v1: outreach → brief → publish → amplify → report (weekly) across Miivo + 2–3 client accounts.
  • Multi‑region coverage with stable CPA/CPL ≤ target on 2+ channels or cohorts.
  • Portfolio dashboard with cost → CTR/CVR → CPA/CPL → creator ROI; renewal recommendations.

Responsibilities (weekly cadence)

  • Launch/iterate paid campaigns; maintain negatives, placements, and audience hygiene.
  • Build briefs/storyboards for statics, carousels, and short video; coordinate edits.
  • Run Click‑to‑WhatsApp and remarketing loops; ensure CRM tags and consent.
  • Own quality gates: tracking parity (platform vs GA4), speed, and LP instrumentation.
  • Source & manage creators across UAE/UK/US/India; ensure proper disclosures and usage rights; handle allow‑listing for paid amplification.
  • Produce concise weekly reports: what we tried, what worked, what’s next.

Must‑have experience

  • 1–4 years in performance marketing with direct, hands‑on spend on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Demonstrated success launching in US/UK/Canada/UAE (targeting, compliance nuances, currency/budget pacing).
  • Strong analytics: GA4, GTM (ideally server‑side), Meta CAPI, Enhanced Conversions, LinkedIn Insight Tag; Looker Studio or similar.
  • Creative operator: can brief, crop, and iterate statics/shorts; comfort with Canva/Adobe/Figma.
  • Funnel thinking: LP testing, offers, and UTM discipline.

Nice‑to‑have exposure

  • Influencer/creator marketing in UAE, UK, US, and India (micro‑creators, B2B operators, finance creators).
  • Allow‑listing/whitelisting workflows; creator usage rights; disclosure standards (#ad/paid partnership).
  • Light SQL or spreadsheet wizardry; MMM‑lite or incrementality basics.
  • Automation familiarity (Zapier/n8n), and WhatsApp/Telegram community mechanics.

Skills & traits we value

  • Hands‑on: you enjoy Ads Manager more than slides.
  • First‑principles tester: form crisp hypotheses; design clean tests; make the next call quickly.
  • Creative judgment: strong hook sense; you can spot (and cut) low‑signal work.
  • Operational rigor: if it’s not tagged, it didn’t happen.
  • Clear communication: short updates, crisp dashboards, grounded insights.
  • Global empathy: comfortable tailoring for US/UK/Canada/UAE audiences.

  • Creative testing velocity: ≥ 8–10 meaningful variants/week.
  • Tracking quality: ≤ 10% variance platform vs GA4 on primary events.
  • Creator pilots: ≥ 2 collaborations live with clear ROI readouts.
  • Contribution to WhatsApp community growth and engagement.

Interview flow

  1. Intro (60 min): quick walk‑through of your playbook and proudest growth win.
  2. Technical deep‑dive (45 min): tracking setup, naming conventions, and a live account structuring exercise.
