We are building a team of experienced Property Managers to lead the operations within a diverse portfolio, including residential, commercial, sales centres, and mixed-use properties. Reporting to the Regional Property Manager, Marcon's property managers are central to ensuring reliable day-to-day operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and cultivating strong tenant relationships across all asset types. They are accountable for portfolio performance, tenant satisfaction, financial oversight, vendor management, and cross-departmental coordination — all while operating with a high degree of independence and professionalism. We’re looking for people who can confidently balance operational demands with sound judgment and decision-making to support the long-term performance and value of our properties. Our Property Managers Have

• 3-6 years of experience in property management, with at least 3 years at a management level
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office
• Knowledge of finance and marketing
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage a portfolio of mixed-use buildings and homes
• General knowledge of provincial occupational health and safety requirements
• Understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act of British Columbia
• A valid driver’s license and a vehicle, to facilitate visits to and from Marcon properties

Our competitive compensation package has been designed to reward our employees’ skills, competencies and performance that align with our culture. The compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000annually depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
