Role Profile In this position, you’ll work remotely to support the efficient planning, execution, and completion of cybersecurity projects by working closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources across multiple concurrent projects
  • Assist with project documentation, including plans, status reports, and post-project reviews
  • Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with tracking project budgets, invoices, and purchase orders to support financial transparency and accountability
  • Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely decision-making
  • Participate in client meetings and assist with follow-ups, documentation, and coordination of client-facing deliverables
  • Support project managers in preparing presentations, reports, and key project materials
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and issues, escalating as necessary
  • Maintain project management systems and databases to ensure accuracy and transparency

Candidate Profile As an ideal candidate, you’re organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and communication are key. You are a team player with a keen eye for detail, and you enjoy bringing structure to complex or dynamic situations. You’re not afraid to ask questions, are comfortable managing multiple moving parts, and are eager to grow your skills within a high-performing team. You also understand the importance of discretion and professionalism when working with sensitive or confidential information. Key Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination / administration
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, MS Project)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Experience in cybersecurity, technology, or consulting environments is an asset but not required
