Role Description
We are hiring a Project Controller to join our team near Saskatoon (in Clavet) or Estevan, SK. This is an on-site role in which the Project Controller will manage and oversee project financials, track budgets, prepare invoices to clients, and pay vendors in accordance with contract specifications. Daily responsibilities include generating detailed project reports, analyzing project expenses, assisting with contract management, and collaborating with project managers to ensure operations meet financial deadlines.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial management tasks such as budget tracking, cost analysis, and financial forecasting
- Experience with project planning, reporting, and contract management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of accounting processes and software, with advanced proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for efficient collaboration with teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Previous experience in construction or infrastructure projects is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in construction is an advantage
