You will play a critical role in managing interview logistics, maintaining accurate recruiting data, and ensuring all hiring workflows are completed according to established process guides. This is a highly task‑based, directive role within a collaborative, capacity‑sharing team where everyone supports one another to keep hiring moving forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple formats (phone screens, virtual, and onsite)
  • Manage interview scheduling with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Maintain requisition accuracy and candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Post job openings across internal and external job boards
  • Assist with candidate screening and movement through the hiring process
  • Prepare and process offer letters and related documentation
  • Ensure all recruiting documentation and workflows align with established processes
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with multiple stakeholders to keep hiring on track

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or scheduling‑focused role
  • Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, iCIMS, UKG Pro, Workday)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word

Key Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
