Gestion Zagora is a young, forward-thinking property management company with years of experience in the real estate industry. We own and manage a growing portfolio of residential rental properties across Montréal, Montréal’s South Shore, Gatineau, and Québec City—and now we’re expanding our footprint in Edmonton.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and service-driven Leasing Agent to join our team and help us elevate the rental experience for our residents.

🔑 Position Summary

As a full-time Leasing Agent, you’ll be an essential part of our property management operations in Edmonton. Your role will focus on leasing apartments, providing exceptional tenant service, and supporting day-to-day activities that keep our properties running smoothly.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full leasing cycle for vacant units
• Assess prospective tenants’ needs and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct property tours and negotiate lease terms
• Prepare, review, and finalize lease agreements
• Coordinate move-ins and create a welcoming onboarding experience
• Stay up to date on local rental market trends
• Schedule appointments and follow up promptly with incoming leads
• Prepare leasing activity reports and assist with renewals
• Respond to tenant inquiries courteously and professionally
• Generate leads through outreach, networking, and email

🎯 Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in real estate (asset)
• Relevant real estate training or certification (asset)
• Bilingual: excellent communication skills in English and French (asset)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Professionalism, integrity, and strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative mindset
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Experience in leasing or property management (preferred)
• Travel between properties as needed; ability to drive is required
