Installation Coordinator

DescriptionRequired immediately, our LOCAL SASKATOON BRANCH is seeking an INSTALL COORDINATOR to join the team! FLOFORM Countertops is a Canadian company with its head office in Winnipeg, MB and has 17 Showrooms and 8 fabricating facilities located in Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest. Position Summary The Installation Coordinator is responsible for coordination of resources and activities to ensure the efficient and effective installation of product in customer homes and businesses. Desired Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years related experience in scheduling and or project coordination
• Experience working in similar industry will be considered an asset
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office products and ability to learn other software programs
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask
• Intermediate mathematical skills, with solid understanding of fractions and measurements

Duties And Responsibilities

• Contact customers to schedule jobs for templating and installation
• Coordinate and liaise with purchasing to ensure all required materials are available to meet installation deadlines
• Efficiently schedule and assign jobs to templaters, installers, sub-contractors and other vendors as required
• Investigate, respond, and resolve any questions or concerns related to an installation job
• Invoice all scheduled jobs andprovide the accounting department with the necessary paperwork to collect on accounts and to ensure payments are processed
• Maintain departmental files and provide regular and ad-hoc reporting as needed
• May assist with installation on sites
• Other duties as assigned
