How You’ll Make An Impact

Bring your leadership, coaching mindset and lending expertise to a team that plays a key role in supporting FCC customers across Canada. As Supervisor, Loan Administration, you’ll lead a team of Loan Administration Technicians and help ensure the Loan Administration Centre operates efficiently, consistently and with a strong customer focus. You’ll create an environment where people feel supported, engaged and equipped to do their best work, while using your problem-solving skills and analytical mindset to guide the team through change, competing priorities and evolving business needs.

From coaching and onboarding to succession planning, staffing and continuous improvement, you’ll help shape a high-performing team that delivers quality results and contributes to FCC’s mission of supporting Canadian agriculture and food. What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach and support a loan administration team while championing change and fostering a positive, engaged team culture
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and policies, and recommend practical solutions to operational challenges
  • Coordinate workloads, support timely delivery and guide the team through deadlines, exceptions and problem resolution
  • Work closely with Loan Administration Centre leadership to support strategic direction and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Recruit, onboard and develop team members through coaching, performance management, cross-training and continuous learning


Required Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the team

  • A bachelor’s degree in administration or commerce and at least three years of relevant experience, or a two-year diploma or certificate in a related field and at least five years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Foundational knowledge of lending practices with a focus on loan administration


Preferred Qualifications

  • General working knowledge of personal property registries and online document repository systems and methodology
