We serve customers throughout the mining, steel, pipe mill, and offshore oil industries across North America. We are currently seeking experienced Journeyperson Industrial Mechanics / Millwrights to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent shop position offering the opportunity to work on a wide variety of industrial equipment, custom builds, and complex rebuild projects. Unlike traditional maintenance roles, you'll work on unique equipment and challenging projects that require strong mechanical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and craftsmanship. What You'll Do As a Member Of The DynaIndustrial Team, You Will

• Rebuild, repair, and overhaul a variety of industrial and mining equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Prepare technical reports outlining failure modes and repair recommendations.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, reassemble, and pressure test mechanical systems and components.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems and equipment.
• Measure and inspect components to determine repair or replacement requirements.
• Source and identify replacement parts and materials as required.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and sketches to plan work procedures and material requirements.
• Assemble custom-designed industrial and mining equipment incorporating mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Perform welding-related tasks as required to support repair and assembly activities.
• Maintain tools and equipment and report defects or unusual conditions.
• Work closely with machinists, welders, engineers, and supervisors to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) certification.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Experience rebuilding pumps, gearboxes, hydraulic cylinders, conveyors, crushers, mining equipment, or other heavy industrial equipment is considered an asset.
• Experience with hydraulic systems and industrial machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Positive attitude and proven track record of reliability and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current CWB welding tickets.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience working in mining, steel, or heavy industrial environments.
• Experience with field service and customer site work.
