Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic/ Millwright Location: Regina, SK Department: Trades Posted: 7/3/2026 Location Name: Dynaindustrial Sherwood Wage: Depends on Experience Position Type: Full Time Shift: Standard Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic / Millwright DynaIndustrial is a Saskatchewan-based engineering and manufacturing company specializing in the custom design, manufacturing, repair, and rebuild of heavy industrial equipment. We serve customers throughout the mining, steel, pipe mill, and offshore oil industries across North America. We are currently seeking experienced Journeyperson Industrial Mechanics / Millwrights to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent shop position offering the opportunity to work on a wide variety of industrial equipment, custom builds, and complex rebuild projects. Unlike traditional maintenance roles, you'll work on unique equipment and challenging projects that require strong mechanical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and craftsmanship. If you enjoy rebuilding equipment, diagnosing failures, and seeing a project through from teardown to final testing, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do As a Member Of The DynaIndustrial Team, You Will

  • Rebuild, repair, and overhaul a variety of industrial and mining equipment.
  • Diagnose equipment failures and determine appropriate repair solutions.
  • Prepare technical reports outlining failure modes and repair recommendations.
  • Disassemble, inspect, repair, reassemble, and pressure test mechanical systems and components.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems and equipment.
  • Measure and inspect components to determine repair or replacement requirements.
  • Source and identify replacement parts and materials as required.
  • Interpret drawings, blueprints, and sketches to plan work procedures and material requirements.
  • Assemble custom-designed industrial and mining equipment incorporating mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and company vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Perform welding-related tasks as required to support repair and assembly activities.
  • Maintain tools and equipment and report defects or unusual conditions.
  • Work closely with machinists, welders, engineers, and supervisors to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

  • Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) certification.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
  • Experience rebuilding pumps, gearboxes, hydraulic cylinders, conveyors, crushers, mining equipment, or other heavy industrial equipment is considered an asset.
  • Experience with hydraulic systems and industrial machinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Positive attitude and proven track record of reliability and teamwork.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current CWB welding tickets.
  • Welding and fabrication experience.
  • Experience working in mining, steel, or heavy industrial environments.
  • Experience with field service and customer site work.

This position may involve occasional travel to mine sites and industrial facilities throughout Saskatchewan. Successful candidates must be able to meet site-specific requirements, including drug and alcohol testing when required. Why Join DynaIndustrial?
