- Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to effectively communicate with prospects, and team members both verbally and in writing
- Customer Service Experience – Proven experience in providing excellent customer service
- Sales experience – Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to close deals
- Negotiation Skills – Ability to handle lease terms and rental agreements with potential tenants
- Organization and Time Management – Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and paperwork efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to Detail – Accuracy in handling lease documents, contracts, and resident information
- Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to resolve issues and address concerns quickly and effectively
- Tech Savviness – Comfort with property management software and basic office tools (ie, Microsoft Office and Excel)
- Knowledge of Market Trends – Awareness of current rental market conditions
You will...
- Provide a professional and personable leasing experience to our prospects throughout the lead to lease process
- Perform daily prospect property tours
- Perform clerical duties by assisting with the processing of rental applications and leases
- Assist in implementing marketing initiatives
- Maintain awareness of local market trends and conditions through continuous research
- Assist management with the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
