Client Services Administrator (Maternity Leave Contract – 12 Months)

Den Bosch + Finchley is a Toronto-based design-build firm specializing in luxury residential renovations, restorations, and custom home construction throughout Southern and Central Ontario. About the Role

We are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our team on a full-time, 12-month maternity leave contract. This role is the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from project onboarding through post-construction service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client communications and service requests
  • Logging requests in AirTable and Calendar
  • Following up on requests and ensuring all are scheduled within a timely manner.
  • Coordinating with project managers, trades, and consultants
  • Scheduling service appointments and tracking project progress
  • Preparing client updates, reports, and documentation
  • Resolving client concerns promptly and professionally
  • Supporting ongoing process improvements and client satisfaction initiatives
  • Day to day office operations
  • Misc. administrative duties including ordering of office supplies, keeping office organized, general admin.
  • Occasional assistance with insurance, HCRA renewals, site employee training, and party/event planning.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in construction, design, property management, or a related industry is an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative systems
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Location: Toronto, ON (On-Site), Monday - Friday

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000.00
