Role Overview
Blue Oak is looking for a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to keep our operations running smoothly. You'll play a central role in supporting our account managers, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring that day-to-day office functions are efficient and well-coordinated.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the office and account management team.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and proposals.
- Occasionally support the 24/7 emergency services initiative as needed, though this is a minor aspect of the role.
- Communicate with clients and vendors as required, ensuring a high standard of professionalism.
- Maintain office records, handle correspondence, and support any ad hoc projects that come up.
