SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Sales Administrator Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the General Sales Manager. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our team in various administrative and operational tasks in our Used Vehicle Operations. The ideal candidate will assist in advertising, inspections, and tracking of paperwork and vehicle condition. Responsibilities

• Stock vehicles in Hub/CDK and document condition
• Coordinate inspections, reconditioning, and body work
• Track paperwork, TODs, and lease buy-ins/buyouts
• Manage advertising, photos, and listings
• Ensure units are retail-ready post-recon
• Arrange service needs (recalls, vendors, detailing)
• Support lot, auction, and general operations
• Create POs and assist with follow-ups (“we owe” items)

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience would be considered an asset
• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Comfortable utilizing computer software to perform everyday activities, including Microsoft Excel, Word, HUB and CDK
• Valid 5F driver's license, clear drivers abstract and own transportation to and from work is required
