Role Overview
BIG Digital is looking for an experienced Sales & Account Manager to drive new business and grow key client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone with strong enterprise sales experience and a proven ability to sell solutions into the retail, enterprise sales, activations, live entertainment sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for closing business, managing existing relationships, and helping clients understand how BIG Digital’s solutions can drive engagement, revenue, data, and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and key client stakeholders.
- Sell integrated solutions that may include interactive kiosks, experiential technology, software, hardware, analytics, and managed support.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and client activity records via BIG’s CRM.
- AI expertise is required.
