What You'll Do You will be responsible for generating new business and helping organizations improve hiring and workforce performance through our predictive recruiting solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities
  • Present our recruiting, assessment, and predictive analytics solutions to prospective clients
  • Build relationships with HR leaders, recruiters, business owners, and executives
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to close
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client success
  • Develop referral and strategic partner relationships

  • Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or consultative selling
  • Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
