Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Account Specialist to support account teams in delivering exceptional client service. This onsite contract role is based in Montreal and plays a key part in managing internal processes, supporting client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across accounts.

Key Responsibilities

The Account Specialist will work closely with Account Executives, Associate Account Executives, Brokers, and fellow Account Specialists to support multiple client accounts. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day account servicing activities, assisting with policy renewals, performing administrative and office support tasks, and maintaining effective communication across internal stakeholders. The role also supports the Aon Client Promise process and operates in alignment with the Aon Leadership Model, emphasizing client value, collaboration, innovation, results, and integrity.

Qualifications & Experience

This is an entry-level position requiring 1–3 years of experience in commercial insurance or a professional office environment. Candidates must be fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. A solid understanding of operational processes and the ability to work effectively with moderate supervision are essential.

Skills & Education

Strong Microsoft Office skills are required, with particular emphasis on Excel (data import/export) and Word. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, output-driven environment that requires multitasking and adaptability. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
