Role Description The Consulting Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Winnipeg Metropolitan Area. In this position, the individual collaborates with clients to assess business challenges, gather and analyze data, and develop practical advisory solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting diagnostics on client operations, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting the implementation of recommendations to improve performance, efficiency, and risk management. The role involves participating in meetings and workshops, delivering training or knowledge-sharing sessions, and coordinating with team members and partners to ensure high-quality client service. The Consulting Specialist also contributes to business development activities, such as drafting proposals, supporting bids, and staying current with industry trends and standards. Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial, operational, and market data.
• Consulting and management consulting capabilities, including experience designing and implementing advisory solutions.
• Clear, professional communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Experience in training, coaching, or facilitating workshops for clients or internal teams.
• Relevant post-secondary education in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Professional designation or progress toward one (e.g., CPA, CBV, CFA, or similar) considered an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Proficiency with common business and data tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, analytics or visualization software) and strong attention to detail.
• Interest in working with clients from a range of industries and adapting solutions to different organizational contexts.
