Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training)About The Role Your healthcare IT expertise is more valuable than ever — not just in hospitals, but in shaping the next generation of AI. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge models. We're looking for Clinical Systems Analysts to help ensure AI understands the complex, high-stakes world of clinical technology. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your real-world knowledge of EHRs, clinical workflows, and healthcare infrastructure directly improves how AI reasons about these systems.

  • Organization: Alignerr
  • Type: Hourly Contract
  • Location: Remote
  • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and provide expert feedback on AI-generated responses related to clinical systems, healthcare IT, and hospital workflows
  • Review technical scenarios involving EHR configurations, system troubleshooting, and clinical application support for accuracy and realism
  • Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe recommendations in AI outputs and suggest improvements
  • Translate your clinical and technical experience into structured, actionable feedback that helps AI models reason more accurately
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Experienced in supporting or administering healthcare IT systems — EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and system optimization skills
  • Able to bridge the gap between clinical workflows and technical implementation
  • Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
  • Background in EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
  • Experience in clinical informatics, health IT consulting, or systems integration

Why Join Us

  • Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside top research labs and teams
  • Fully remote and flexible — set your own hours and workload
  • Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration
  • Contribute meaningful domain expertise to AI systems that impact healthcare
  • Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
