What we will accomplish together: The CSC Digital Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your mission (should you decide to accept it): The role requires strategic oversight, operational excellence, and the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. The individual will manage budgets, organize project structures, track progress, and provide insightful management reports. This role is a unique opportunity to lead and optimize a diverse portfolio of digital projects, contributing directly to the success of our organization’s digital initiatives. You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience managing large, technical projects or portfolios.
- Experience with ERP implementation.
- Experience with Manufacturing and Automation process platforms.
- Knowledge of data engineering tools and procedures.
- Knowledge of 3 party clinical trial supply planning tools.
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines.
- Deep knowledge of portfolio planning tools.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), or similar certifications are preferred.
- Strong budget management skills, with the ability to monitor and optimize spending.
- Expertise in tracking the progress of complex projects and identifying deviations from plans.
- Proficiency in collaborating with project managers to organize and simplify complex information.
- Experience managing change control processes effectively.
- Experience creating and delivering management reports on project and portfolio status
- Proven track record of managing complex budgets and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with portfolio management tools and software.
- Knowledge of digital transformation strategies and trends.
- Experience working in agile or hybrid project management environments.
- Capability to prioritize & organize project structures for clarity and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to influence teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level reporting.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on mitigating risks in project delivery.
- Located in Canada or in the USA (only).
