AlertRx is on a mission to help pharmacy owners avoid billing clawbacks by using cutting-edge technology and a smart algorithm that flags billing mistakes before they happen.
We’re looking for a Sales Specialist who’s passionate about solving real problems for pharmacy professionals. This is a full-time remote role where you’ll engage with clients, deliver product demos, and drive strategic sales activities.
Job description:
• Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and prospect outreach to pharmacies and healthcare organizations.
• Contact and nurture warm leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Follow up with existing clients to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Schedule, prepare for, and deliver product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
• Assist with customer onboarding activities and support adoption of AlertRx products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities within company systems.
What we’re looking for:
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Must be able to work EST hours (Toronto).

Skills:

• Strong sales and sales management experience.
• A people person who knows how to build trust and Relationships.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a strong plus.
