Job Description As an Associate Corporate Counsel, you’ll provide legal support and services to our product and business teams. You will review, interpret, and match legal requirements to business scenarios and effectively communicate these to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, requests for proposals, and other legal documents
• Provide legal support and advice to product and business teams
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and protection regulations, including the EU and UK GDPR
• Balance risks in business processes and decision making

QualificationsRequirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and membership in one US state bar (or Canadian equivalent).
• 2+ years of experience as a tech legal counsel (SaaS)
• Strong negotiating skills with both legal and business counterparties
• Experience negotiating tech agreements (NDA, SaaS Agreement, EULA, MSA, SOW, DPA, etc.)
• Experience building trustful relationships with internal clients
• Demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations
• Ability to work independently

For this role, the salary range is $100,000-120,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements. At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
