Role: Solution Engineer with (GitHub Actions) / DevOps Engineer
Location: Halifax, NS (4 Days hybrid)

Job Description:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Diploma in IT with equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience creating and debugging pipeline stages
- Strong understanding of build systems and project types (Maven, NPM, PyPi, .NET, MSBuild)
- Ability to write POM and Settings files from scratch
- GitHub Actions workflows, execution, and runners
- Experience with tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitOps, Artifactory, SonarQube, Terraform, UCD, Ansible
- Jenkins pipelines (Declarative, Multibranch, Maven pipelines)
- Troubleshooting Jenkins failures and configuration issues
- SonarQube configuration and usage
- CD tools like Terraform, UCD
- Ansible for configuration and deployment
- Docker and containerization (Dockerfiles, commands)
- Kubernetes (clusters, namespaces, PV/PVC, Helm charts, kubectl deployments)
- Troubleshooting Kubernetes issues (pods, logs, nodes, events)
Nice-to-have:
- CI/CD experience with NPM or NuGet
- Groovy pipeline scripting
- Strong communication skills
- Agile tools (JIRA, ServiceNow)
- Scripting experience (Groovy, Shell, Python)
