Here Is What You Will Spend Your Time DoingStrategic Leadership
- Empower Your Team: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance team through employee development, performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
- Shape the Future: Develop and execute a compelling business strategy that drives financial goals, facilitates growth, and maximizes profitability
Account Growth & Revenue
- Drive Success: Lead managers to achieve growth and revenue targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Measure and Achieve: Focus on key performance indicators (KPIs), measurements, and results to drive sales growth and success.
- Strategic Partner: Participate in the development and review of our plans and programs, providing valuable insights on short-term and long-term planning.
- Leverage Resources: Utilize reports, analytics, and business resources to guide managers in identifying and capitalizing on revenue opportunities.
- Sales Development: Create and implement innovative sales development plans to meet ambitious growth objectives.
- Adapt and Thrive: Track and analyze sales and retention results daily, adjusting tactical plans to ensure continued success.
Operational Excellence
- Innovate for Profit: Identify and act upon new business partnerships, marketing opportunities, and strong retention strategies to maximize profitability.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance processes, leverage technology, and control expenses.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to audit and insurance council requirements by partnering with internal stakeholders and staying updated on relevant legislation.
What are we looking for?
- Strategic Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing complex, high-performance insurance sales teams and the ability to develop and communicate a clear and compelling business strategy.
- Performance Management: Expertise in managing employee performance and implementing succession planning
- Sales Strategy and Market Insight: Deep understanding of market trends and the ability to identify and act on business opportunities and the ability to create and implement effective sales and retention strategies. Focus on developing growth and retention plans that align with company revenue goals and profitability.
- Compliance: Level 3 Insurance License Required. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and the ability to ensure compliance with audit and insurance council standards.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to adapt to changing business environments and market conditions with the capacity to handle challenges and setbacks with a positive and proactive approach.
