The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills enabling them to effectively assist in Real Estate and estates matters and client communications. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations within our practice and providing exceptional customer service. Duties
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents.
- Coordinate client appointments, ensuring all details are organized and communicated effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of accounting matters and monthly billings.
- Provide administrative support by managing schedules, answering phones, and responding to inquiries from clients and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between clients, lawyers and other parties involved in kegal matters.
Skills
- Strong communication skills and word processing skills.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office accounting software is a plus, preferably PC LAW or Unity.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly.
