What We Look For In a AP English Language and Composition Tutor

Adapts instruction using released AP prompts, mentor text analysis, and rubric-based peer review to support students building advanced reading and writing skills for the AP examination.
• Effective Teaching Methods: Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles.
